I have a EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked and I have a bit of a problem. No matter what settings I set the graphics at it will run battlefield 4 at 60fps. If I crank it up to ultra it runs at 99% usage at 60fps, and if I lower it to high or normal it runs at 60fps but not full usage. I only have a 60hz monitor but plan on getting a 144hz one and I want to know if this is going to be an issue and I won't be able to play at higher fps with the new monitor. I have the settings set in the control panel to single display performance mode and prefer maximum performance but still nothing. I have the newest drivers and the power target in the EVGA precision program is set to prioritize. How can I get my 770 to run games at maximum fps, as it is acting like it is being a power saver and only using as much as it needs to get me 60fps.
