I held up a 45degree fitting to the block and it has a wide backside, but they'll fit running parallel, or the 90degree pointing to the side perpendicular to the 45degree fitting. It'll take a little strategizing on how to screw it in. You'll have to use pliers or something to turn just the base. This is because there's not enough room to turn the whole fitting to screw it in. As soon as you do one, you can't do the other. Prob best to screw in the fittings before mounting it.

Yeah I figured it was going to be somewhat awkward working with angled fittings on a CPU block
