Best RAM benchmarks?

Thread Starter
Hey guys. In need of some assistance. I recently decided to OC my RAM (in sig rig) to about 1866 Mhz and was able to get it stable at around 1.55V with 10-10-10-27 timings on each stick. However, not only am I not exactly sure if it is stable, but I also want to take it to 2133 Mhz if I can. So my question is: what can I do to effectively bench my sticks? What programs or methods are best for this purpose?

Also, what about heat output? Don't want to melt the things! Hehe

Thanks in advance again guys. Any questions just ask biggrin.gif

SuperPi, Just do 1m tests for a quick stability test.

Ran Heat? Remove the heatspreaders.

As a memory stability test - try HCI Memtest a.k.a. Windows Memtest (multiple instances covering most of free RAM) or Prime 95 Blend are two toughest things I know.
When pushing to DDR3-2133 and beyond, you might want to raise tRCD and tRP one or two values above CL, i.e. use 10-11-10 or 10-11-11 like combinations.
