That's not NEWDLOAD.SWF that's drdflash.swf.

I need NewDload.swf. Like I said, for the last 4 emails.

...are you kidding me?

One month it took for you to tell me your guy's firmware doesn't support Nforce4 SATA controllers, and all I needed was an update? You guys are clowns.

GET ALL THE FILES INTO ONE ZIP FILE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE A ****ING MONTH TO SEND 4 FILES!

Just forget it, I'm just going to sell it on ebay and buy a Raptor.

Hey Paradox,

I definitely feel your pain, just got off the phone with Seagate's RMA Division for th 6th time and have been trying to get my external one touch 2 serviced since early December.

Excuses..our computers are down, you need to send in proof of purchase before processing, proof of purchase not received ect........

Strangely it has the same issues you describe with losing the partition table.

Anyway, I was getting really happy when I heard they were finally shipping my one touch 2 200GB external USB\\FW.

It arrived yesterday and wallah it's a bare Diamondmax 200GB PATA drive.....***

Now after talking with Adam Shudabakala and reiterating the problem 4 more times because he couldn't understand me....customer service will be in touch with me when the cows come home...

Load a crap, used to be a reliable company and pleasure to deal with.

On to Western Digital from now on or Fujitsu

Regards

Jefe

I found it very easy.

I just ran the Seagate Diagnostic Tool on the drive and it said I needed to RMA the drive, gave me a form I filled in and sent away the drive...
