Don't think of the following as questions, but as a start for a open discussion.

How much do you need for a PSU? Let's use the following setups as examples.

4130-55W
260X=115W
110W of other components not on the main +12V Rail (HDDs, etc.)
20W of other components on the main +12V Rail (fans, RAM, etc.)

4670K=85W
270X=180W
110W of other components not on the main +12V Rail (HDDs, etc.)
20W of other components on the main +12V Rail (fans, RAM, etc.)

4930K=130W
GTX 690-300W
110W of other components not on the main +12V Rail (HDDs, etc.)
20W of other components on the main +12V Rail (fans, RAM, etc.)

I am thinking, bare minimum but still doable.

450W PSU for 4670K and 270X
650W PSU for 690 and 4930K
350W PSU for i3 and 260X
520W PSU for i5 and and 690
