Windows 7 Abnormally Long to Boot past "Starting Windows" Logo

Hello,

My computer has been fine for a while but ive notice today and yesterday it has had trouble booting into windows.

Once it reaches the "starting windows" screen it will fully load the logo and then it wont go any further until it finally boots windows many minutes later (took maybe about 8-10 minutes today). The "starting windows" logo will just sit there swaying or whatever the animation is so i know it hasn't froze.

I am running on an SSD and usually takes 15-20 seconds to boot up my computer.

Things i've tried:

- Clearing CMOS
- Made sure boot priorities were correct
- Made sure all components read in bios

I'm thinking it may have to do with either the SSD or the supplied voltage the SSD needs to perform but i'm not sure.

Thanks,
V

I think i found the problem, my UPS battery is going bad and i don't think it was supplying enough power to the PSU so i tried pluggin my computer into the wall and i got no hiccups at startup.

Hopefully that's what it was
