That one doesn't ship to NZ, you have to go to amazon.com/global and search for items that are eligible for international shipping... so that's out of the option... I think I'll do some searching and reading of reviews for a while... but let's assume that neither of them overclock spectacularly when bought, at stock speeds which one would be better?

After reading a bunch of reviews for the MSI 7870 Twin Frozr, a lot of people seem to say that the card is quite noisy when on load and doesn't have anywhere near as good cooling as the MSI 270x gaming card... and by the looks of it, since the ASUS DC2T already comes a fair bit factory overclocked, the overclocking shouldn't matter for it that much should it?

This is pretty difficult to decide between... At the moment the ideal option would be to buy the MSI 270x Gaming, but that will cost me 30 bucks more than the ASUS 270x from (because the MSI card isn't available for international shipping from Amazon) and the MSI 7870 twin frozr will cost me about the same as the ASUS card from Amazon...

Any other suggestions? Sorry for being pesky but I'm trying my best to thoroughly explore all my options and make an informed decision.

just get the asus 270X already tongue.gif either is fine, but whichever one cost less than go for that. this is not even worth all this deliberation as the differences between the two 270X cards is tiny in all areas. forget 7870 twin frozr and all 7870's. the 270X come with better coolers and will cost you the same money or less. this coming from a 7870 hawk owner who thinks the 270X was/is a ripoff rebrand card anyway. thumb.gif
