Make sure you buy some subzero cooling stuff to cool that volcanic GPU. lol

because of aesthetics or functionality? If you want Inno3D's Herc3 because of its cooling potential, you might as well strap a Arctic XtremeIII onto a stock 780TI and call it a day; as far as I can tell, the Herc3 cooler is just a re-skinned and re-shrouded XtremeIII cooler - same heatsink and TDP, just looks better.

Best bet to track one of these down will be searching in Europe or Asia. I know I can get Inno3D cards here in Australia, but they're about 15% more expensive than Asus/Gigabyte/MSI cards

i don't have the option to customize cooling fans on a gpu , in my country simply either you buy the card or you don't which forces me to buy those expensive custom cards since their prices are kinda reasonable compared to what we have around

also i haven't seen lots of brands here , it's gigabyte or asus mostly and rarely Zotac cards pops up

So what's happening, the card tries to draw too much power through the PCI-E slot?
