Obviously you are, but your post seems ambiguous. Crysis 3 can use up all 8 threads of an 4GHz i7 which means it's really CPU demanding. However your spec yields a higher GPU's usage compared to CPU's which is absurd imo. Normally, your CPU will be stressed @100% like all the time and your GPU usage should be way lower than that.

8X aa is pretty demanding. If the GPU usage is higher than the CPU usage, at your current settings that points to a GPU bottleneck.

i dont know i am just telling you what i see in the task manager, and the gpu usage i saw it from gpu-z.When i start the game the cpu usage is about 50% [obviously its until it loads the graphics] but after 4-5 seconds it goes to 60% and then it depends on where i am at the game if its a heavy scene then it goes up to 80%.

i know my friend i saw some benchmarks even latest generation cards and cpus have troubles playing so high. But in games i thought that gpu usage SHOULD be more than the cpu usage...i am not saying that is smooth as hell but i think its about 30 fps ofc it depends on the scene because inside buildings its much much more and at actions sometimes its making lags but this can be caused due to many things cause if play much time my pc restarts and it may be overheating cpu because it goes to high temperatures but i think more of a psu issue because when i bought the 2nd graphic card this started. And one more issue that i got is that i had made a stable oc for 8-9 hours prime stable and now with the same settings its unstable and if i tweak the settings maybe it becomes stable for now and then after restarting the pc it becomes unstable again so i think more of an psu issue because in the past people had told me that i need to change it because of low watts and low ampere for these gpus. Also i get some problem in frames in crysis with the guy at the begging that follows me at crysis but i have read that this is a game issue and maybe i must download the latest patch i havent checked because at other games that i have played everything is fine. And also the psu after i shut down my pc still works for about a minute or so if i had play a heavy game.
