Means that everything is working correctly I believe, Mine does the same thing (except i'm at 2.0). I think it drops to 1.1 after a few seconds because GPU-Z lacks SLI profile. The important thing is that it starts at 2.0/3.0.

If you want to make 100% sure the second card is sticking at 3.0, try selecting the second card in GPU-Z and run Heaven in a window (so you can see CPU-Z) or on a different monitor.

The build in your sig is some really nice hardware and should be able to easily beat the score of my AMD based system.

For example, 680s are superior to 760s, i7 beats AMD FX. PCI 3.0 vs 2.0, etc... smile.gif What does your 3Dmark score look like? Maybe its just an issue with that benchmark.

I also don't think its your PS. I'm have just been using a 680watt myself.

I just got a new 750 from UPS a few minutes ago though smile.gif The reason why I got it is more to switch to modular and hopefully quieter smile.gif

So I ended up re seating it, but after a bit of research most say that it is natural for the gpu to go to 1.1 because the additional power isnt needed.

I got my second GPU used off of ebay as well. After I got the card I contacted the seller and asked if he had a copy of the original receipt, he said did and emailed it to me and with that I was able to register the card with MSI for the warranty. My seller was very nice, he had bought the card for SLI but has an issue with his MB. Does not hurt to ask anyway smile.gif

I think someone said above you should be around 78, and I found this graph:

as you can see, you are doing better than a single card, however not running like two 680s should.

well thanks for your input, I asked the seller if he had the receipt he said he didn't so I can't really RMA. I'll try running heaven without the mild overclock maybe its an issue with that or something.
