so its time to do a rebuild, but the catch is my wife is pregnant and due in a few months so she gave me the go ahead to do a rebuild now, so im jumping on it!!

Hmm.. i would get a E6600 and then with the money you save get a 8800GTX.

for the hard drive i would do this one.

for the processor my opinion is save the money and get a e6300/e6600 and over clock the hell out of it, i'm running it stable at 3.2GHz with a ton more left.

video card kicks ass ( too much money for me)

for the board i think the p965 chipset is a better one, maybe this board will be better suited.

for the memory seeing as your saving a ton of money i would get something like this.
