ASUS P6T issue

My ASUS P6T Deluxe has finally been installed in a terrible cheap case .. everything should be right.. but when I power it on, nothing is displayed, although all the fans turn on. there are glowing lights coming from not LEDs beneath the ASUS lettering on the blue heat sink right above the on-board power and reset buttons. I tried switching video cards, RAM and PSU, but it seems weird that those components are glowing. ASUS's website seems to be glitchy and I can't get to the forum or chat.. : /

Actually, it seems like these are little LEDs, so that's a good thing. They glow very bright, and are white. When I turn the computer off, (5 sec hold on pwr switch) a blue light flashes briefly right below the A1 DIMM slot. I'm going to try a 3rd video card now. Also, the on-board power switch glows red, is that normal?
