Firewall

Thread Starter
I want to turn my old laptop into a firewall. I've tried installing ipcop and smoothwall, but I keep running into a very basic problem. The laptop has 1 integrated NIC, not two. I have a Cardbus NIC and I've tried a USB NIC, but they arn't recognized by the firewall os.

So I need some help. Can someone either reccomend to me a firewall os that supports cardbus nics, or tell me how to get one of those two nics working with one of these OS's?

You may want to post this question in the linux section. You first need to get the NIC's working which is a basic linux issue.
