Picking out a 780 and I am on the fence between these two

Thread Starter
After waiting for all of the NDAs to lift and reading reviews, I am going to pass on the R9s for now. The 780TI is more than I want to spend at this time and with the three free games nVidia is offering at the moment, the 780 looks like it's going to be my best choice at the moment.

I am trying to decide between these two

Is the fan on the PNY adequate and is it fairly quiet under load?

If you have a case with somewhat limited airflow the reference cooled PNY exhausts out the back of the case, while the ACX cooler exhausts all around the card, inside the case.

If the case has great airflow, the ACX is better for straight up gpu cooling, as well as Evga warranty & customer service. Not sure about Pny customer service, I never actually see any posts about it so can't be bad anyway.

With a well cooled case & single gpu the non-ref cooler on the Evga card is worth the extra $15 IMO.
