I started playing during the end of Vanilla, played through BC (the best xpac by FAR), left, got back into it during the mid/end of WOTLK, and Cata (lvl 80) is when I stopped (Patch 4.1/4.2). I do miss the game, I really enjoyed raiding, got pretty heavy into it during WOTLK and Cata, but I refuse to pay a monthly subscription now and devoting the time is just not an option anymore.

I don't know how the newer raids are, but I think they would be served to add a few 1hour raids if they haven't already. I guess it's different if you're in a really good guild, but I remember my raid nights would last ~4 hours...that's crazy!

Maybe if they went FTP I'd join again, but we all know that'll never happen. I just hope Titan is awesome and FTP. By far the best thing that I enjoyed the most is that I was able to play WoW on my Mac, unlike most other games.

Oooh give me back Karazhan had so much fun in there, that was when i started heavy raiding.
Together with Mount Hyjal, Naxx and Ulduar thoes where the most fun i had in the game.

Also why did they take the attunement part out of the game? That was a pretty fun element of the game getting attuned to enter the raids altough i can understand why some didnt like it.

Well, I didn't care for attunement for several reasons...for one it was a pain to obtain some of the time, but more importantly, it was often hard to obtain it if you weren't in a dedicated guild. I can remember my attunement for Kara was epic in length, because at that time, I was not in a guild, and would attempt to be apart of pick-up-groups, that were always doomed for failure. I eventually gave up and didn't get my attunement until way later in the game.

So yea...bad experience made me dislike that very much. I always felt WoW was catered towards the guilds, in the sense that if you had a good guild, content and raids were fun, because you could actually see and complete the content. If you're by yourself or in a bad guild, it was downright terribly frustrating and half the time I never saw the end-game content. This is why when I finally got into a "decent' guild and started raiding the actual end-game content, it was extremely, extremely fun. Otherwise, you were pretty much stuck to complete dailies and the easy level 10-mans. Not really fun...

Who cares about WoW?

sOs new world champion, Jaedong silver as usual. D3 still sucks. HotS is dota for casuals. Nothing about LotV. Next Blizzcon soon.

Probably the 7.9 million who still sub and probably another million or so who will come back for the xpac....just saying. Here's to hoping the d3 xpac won't suck but is solid improvements, I like the way it sounds but we'll see if that plays out. HotS even it is more casual could still be fun, LoL was fun for a bit at that was casual. Very disappointed about nothing on LotV, Blizz is taking way too long with these, I think a lot of people lost interest in the game in between liberty and Heart of the Swarm, this is going to make it even worse.

I Realy liked Mop, great storys, great world and alot of new stuff to do. But there was so many dailys to do and since there wasn't a limit anymore, you could just play all day long and still have something to do at the end of the day.

For the free lvl 90 , i think ill go for a warlock to try it out in raiding, but my main focus will be my DK.
