670 FTW 4GB or 2GB make sense?

Thread Starter
I just finished building a new system to replace 3 year old pc except my video card choice.
I5 4670k
Gskill 8GB 2000

I don't do a ton of gaming, maybe 30% of the time and it's pretty much just Battlefield and COD. I will be buying the Dell UltraSharp U2412M which is 1920x1200p IPS monitor. I will only ever be going single monitor. So originally I thought the 2GB VRAM on 1200p res would be enough. But I have been reading lots of comments from people that BF4, which will be my main game would like 3+ and probably other future games will be requiring more than 2GB.

I am on a budget so will be going with newegg refurb deals. They are 670 FTW versions which means overclocked and they use 680 PCB. Only difference is 2GB or 4GB and the fans a bit different. 50$ more for the 4GB. Single card, no sli. Any advice would be great!

none. get this one instead. has 3gb vram , more memory bandwidth and bf4 is optimized for it, also when Mantle arrives it will get even more performance increase,
