My DPI settings for some reason stopped working so I installed the Mouse Control Program. Since Installing the corsair logo does not light up. Any Ideas? I tried the Firmware update but it says it failed everytime

Now when playing games I get a KMODE Not Handled BSOD.

Any ideas? RMA?

First try to disable the mouse driver and uninstall the mouse driver software.
Then reconnect the mouse and see if it fixes the problem. I don't run the software for mouses and stuff it just seems really unnecessary as i can change everything on the mouse itself.

Did this. No more bsods so far. Normally happens in a few minutes. Thanks
