Crackling with creative titanium?

I've had my sound card for about 3 months but every now and then I get like a crackling noise when listening to any type of audio. The only way to stop it is by restarting the computer. Any clue what it could be?

I had this issue with my sound card and updating my drivers fixed it, if that doesn't help. I'd suggest trying it in another PC and seeing if the problem persists. Also try different speakers/headphones if you haven't. If you still have issues it might be RMA time.

Just an update I seemed to figure out the problem. I went to check its format and it was at 24bit 48000. I then changed it to 24 bit 44100 and bam no problems anymore.
