Help needed in Selecting Wireless Router

Hi Fellas,

I need a wireless router with or without modem to connect :
1) TV
2) PC
3) 3 Android Mobiles
4) Smart TV

I live in a 2 floored house and would like the range to be broad enough to cover approx 1000-1200 sqft area including 1st and the 2nd floor(don't need coverage in the ground floor).
Also 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and probably there would be at least 2 walls 10-11 inch each to cross, on 2nd floor there is only 1 bedroom and just 1 wall, that is the roof to cross over, it too must be around 10-12 inches.

Now i have shortlisted a few models based on whatever i knew, which is not much btw, not into networking n stuff tongue.gif

1) Netgear JNR 3000 N300 Gigabit Router(The Gigabit option is a major pro i suppose).
2) Asus RT-N13U B1 (Loads of features with torrent downloading at a very good price of 2k).
3) D-Link DSL-2750U (Has Modem, not sure if a con or a pro).
4) Buffalo WCR G300 (Has 5DB Dual antennae, supposedly best in terms of coverage i suppose).
5) TP-Link TD-W8961ND ADSL2+ (Again has Modem).

Not sure which would be the best for me.
