wireless adapter issue or a driver issue or windows issue.
I think it is one of those, but when I get home today I will test some more. Most of all I think I have messed up with the signal strength.

But some more info:

I can connect my phone to the router.
So can I possibly have messed something up when I dissassembled my pc?
Yes the wireless adapter with the Formula VI should support any new technology.
The router is something called Technicolor, don't know the SN rolleyes.gif

Please let me know if you find something I need to tweek, or maybe I just destroyed it..(Buy a new motherboard) frown.gif

I got connection in like 10 mins today, but very week signal and then my router disappeared again. Sometimes I can see it but it refuse to connect again... Seems like im back where it all started. Even tried with some other entennas and that didnt work so I think it is the Wifi adapter there is the problem?

EDIT: Found a workaround until I can get my wireless back. I will try to make asus send me a new biggrin.gif Anyway you are still welcome to try help me smile.gif

Since you CAN connect to your network with your phone that verifies that the issue is with the adapter.

I would try the following if you haven't already:

1. Re-seat the adapter
2. Verify antennas are connected properly and positioned for the strongest signal
3. Your motherboard should have come with a driver and utilities disc, did you install the drivers for the adapter off the disc or try downloading one from Asus's website?
4. There may be software that requires user configuration.

Whats the distance between your computer and the router approximately?

Were you grounded or did you touch the inside of the case before you removed the adapter?

Done all of them today, didnt work.

10meters, though I live in a department so their may be interrupt from other signals/walls etc.

Yes I also suspect bad adapter, but Asus has never been good with their RMA stuff, so maybe I just buy a wifi adapter that possible also will be better than the one that comes with the formula VI smile.gif
+ Rep to you wink.gif

Thanks man!

I think asus just released an awesome wifi adapter or there are always good deals on refurbished linksys adapters too.

EDIT: Though some people write they have problems with this and Z87 Mobo's... I will give it a shot anyway.
