7680x1440 gaming. What card to choose??

My choices are 290x,780 and 780ti. I would probably waterblock the 290x and 780 but would have to wait a bit for the 780 ti due to its 100 dollar more price point. What do you guys think would be best for the crazy resolution i'm playing at? Also I would be picking up 2 cards

Either would be fine. Personally would go with the 290x, especially since it is $100 cheaper. Performance should be similar.

I think you want cards not card. I'm not sure a single card can handle that well period. You're going to run out of video memory for one thing. Twin 280xes maybe?

He said he'll be picking up 2 cards. I would go for the 290x's if I were you. The extra 1GB of vram over the 780's would be useful at that resolution. Also considering you're going to water cool them, the noise / heat factor won't be a problem.

^^Pretty much this

4GB Vram will come in handy and generally 290x seems to shine in ultra high resolutions , watercooling takes care of the heat issues ......... job done.
