http://www.samurize.com - Install, open the config tool and add a SpeedFan Meter. Just have SpeedFan running and it will show up.

so which temp am i looking at on speedfan? ive got temp1, temp2, temp3, hd1, and core. as of right now ive got temp1(42') temp2(38') temp3(-128') hdd(31') and core(47') so which one am i looking at cuz under load core gets up to 52' and temp1 gets to 45'.

You can use the Info tab and click Get config to get a ticket to download a config for your motherboard, if it's supported.

Otherwise, your temps are most likely:

Temp1 = CPU
Temp2 = Chipset
Temp3 = Erroneous
HDD = Hard drive
Core = CPU internal sensor
