2nd Build

Thread Starter
Would you build a 2nd system for gaming, if you were in my position? Basically my current laptop does everything I ask it to including BF4 on high which i may add I'm addicted to! But I get the urge to build one sometimes and make it look amazing with lights and the tidy cable management, but I do need portability hence why I have the laptop. Is it just wasting money building a second machine?

Well you pretty much have a badass laptop right there. But then again while a laptop does provide mobility, a desktop provides you with flexibility.
So if I was in your position, I would say it would be a waste of money to build another PC when you have a laptop as strong as that one. But then again its your money and if you can spare all the extra cash with straining your back account then why not?
Better yet I say wait. As you said, this laptop suffices your gaming needs adequately. Wait till its hardware gets old and outdated (Which may take some time wink.gif) and then build a kick ass gaming beast then. thumb.gif

If the current system does everything you need it to, why waste the money building something that is essentially redundant?

To satisfy the build itch, I take my computer apart, clean it really well, and put it back together. That usually buys me about 6 months, then I upgrade. biggrin.gif
