It ups the power target limit by quite a bit and you are able to adjust voltage up to 1.21. You probably don't want to increase the voltage much past 1.21, otherwise you are going to have to run you fans at >90%. There is also a program called classified tool to increase the gpu voltage to 1.35 and increase memory voltage (can't remember the max off hand).
See and therein lies the need for the guide. I have that downloaded and have no idea what to do with it. Also the numbering system is weird here. Why is it "+200" and stuff like that? Why not just a solid real number? I really don't want to even touch the card because I don't fully know all the options. Last night I flashed my normal BIOS with Sky's normal upgraded BIOS. Not because I wanted to but because I HAD to. For some reason my BIOS got corrupted and all I did was move a slider or two.
