looking to downsize case

Thread Starter
I currently have a NZXT Phantom case but am wanting to get the BitFenix Prodigy case. I know that I am going to need a new motherboard for this case but have no idea what to get. My current system is

-mobo: ASUS P8Z68 LGA1155
-memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
-hdd: WD Caviar 500GB
-ssd: Samsung 830 Series 64GB (2 of these)
-gpu: ASUS Radeon HD 7850 DirectCU 2GB
-psu: 1000W dont remember exact one

I dont want to spend more than $100 for the new mobo and want to be able to keep as much of my current system as possible. I am wanting it mostly for gaming like league, diablo 3, skyrim, etc. Just looking for some advice/help on which mobo would be good.

Is it the Itx prodigy or the new matx form?

For the itx i would probably go for this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128567

and this as the Matx

moving to itx can also effect the psu size to. make sure you look for unexpected costs.
