NETHER VS. State of Decay ?

Which one should I buy ? Money isn't an issu e on this. What i need is a good zombie game (NOT the ARMA MOD) with a good a mount of content.

I was watching some videos on SoD and right now the game looks amazing. edit: no wonder, it uses cry engine 3


what do you guys think?

State of Decay is a rough port to the PC. Does not support any res higher than 1200P for example.

And it's single player only. Just read that and it sounds boring already.

Not that single player games are boring , but one like this shouldn't be single player
