What about a Dell UltraSharp monitor?

Something along the lines of U2410 or something. They're a little on the expensive side, but you might be able to look around for one a little cheaper.

They're quite often going second here in Australia for around half price if not more.

Plus with it being a fairly widespread monitor I'd think you should be able to get it in Israel.

Another option would be to try and get one of the Catleap IPS monitors from one of those Korean suppliers. Not sure how you could go about that though.
