Thank you everyone for the quick responses. It gave me a lot to think about now. Almost more things to think about than before now that people seem to be talking me into getting an AMD card instead tongue.gif . But I definitely will not be getting another 590 as that seems to be a waste of money.

I prefer to upgrade to a newer card because the next time you upgrade you'll sit there with 2 590's which will be a though sell

About the "running on max settings" everyone is doing ... well ... I call BS on most of them. Usually they don't have HBAO and MSAA on etc. The real performance sinks wink.gif (and of course resolution)

Personally, what I would try is disabling HBAO, lowering MSAA, no supersampling . See if you're satisfied with the FPS. If you are, you can wait for the next gen of GPUs, if not, then I suppose you could upgrade (but I would go for a 290 / 780 at the least, not the 770)
There's no shame in lowering graphical settings ! thumb.gif

Also, on full (or nearly full) 64 player servers I noticed lag and stuttering in BF4 even though my FPS was pretty steady around 55-65. I think Dice still has some work on Betafield 4 rolleyes.gif (Don't even get me started on sound dropping, constant crashing and DAT INTERPOLATION ! gunner.gif)

the 780, titan, 780ti or 690 are the only cards nvidia makes that are faster then your 590 so you would want one of those 4 cards otherwise keep your 590 until you can afford one of those or until new cards come out if you decide to go Amd the 7990, 290 or 290x are the only cards faster then your 590 smile.gif
