I need a new video card... Which one should I get?

I just bought Battlefield 4 and when I ran the game on high resolution it was really choppy. So I used the video cards software to overclock it and it worked a little bit, but not enough for me to be satisfied. Now, I was always told that the more gigabytes of video RAM the card has, the better off you are. But I've heard some enthusiasts say this is not the case. Right now I have an Asus NVIDIA GeForce 630 GT, 2GB DDR3. Here is what I'm looking for.

1) NVIDIA Chipset
2)SLI Capable. (I would like to try this someday. I can buy the second card later.)
3)I also have a Zalman VF-900. If so I would like to put it to use.
4)around $130 u.s. dollars.

If anyone can help with suggestions that would be great. Thanks!

I don't know if it's still available but Newegg had a 7850 1gb (I think 1gb) for $130 a few weeks back. Really hard to beat that but it's not nvidia

I think the 7850 is a little outdated. Is there anything else out there?
