I have a brand-new in box 670 heatkiller block I want to sell if you're interested in buying it for another card down the line.

I bought it for my Galaxy GTX 670 SC thinking it was on the reference pcb since it was using a reference cooler--but I didn't realize it was using a 680 pcb.

hows the xbox one for you?

Im loving it!... smile.gif

kinect 2.0 surprised me on how accurate it can be... I tried out skype on the console and it zooms in and adjusts the image based on the number of people in the room which is awesome.

games...i got AC4 Black flag, Forza 5 and Need for Speed Rivals. Forza 5 could use more cars but the cars that are in it are absolutely GORGEOUS... and this is not only hyper cars... you start off with normal cars and i was looking at the Golf R and wow that is stunningly similar and the cockpit looks identical as the real deal.

right now im playing AC4 pretty much non stop... starts off slow but when it opens up soo amazing... i just love plundering other ships biggrin.gif

overall I had an amazing weekend and I dont think i would have gotten the same feeling from the PS4 (imo). The games, console and the whole launch really didnt appeal to me but thats only my opinion smile.gif

Update# 13 - work from 2 weekends ago

DSC_0002_zps5f00df19.jpg
playing around with my new lens (this is my new mouse)

DSC_0003_zps3c2dd5d4.jpg

DSC_0054_zps933ac772.jpg
new connectors

DSC_0057_zpsce5eed71.jpg
connector monsters!! :scared:

DSC_0011_zpsb5b25ea8.jpg
making a cover... the rest is secret biggrin.gif

DSC_0013_zpsf4b8f7b0.jpg
gluing it together... maybe you can tell what it is now

DSC_0010_zps5a13c359.jpg
next i decided to work on filling in some of the large gaps in the case biggrin.gif

DSC_0014_zpsd3135b44.jpg
taped it on the acrylic

DSC_0016_zpsc73e8664.jpg
cut out the outline

DSC_0018_zps06f2426a.jpg
not needed tape removed

DSC_0021_zpse620d928.jpg
checking the light dispersion on the acrylic... its not bad with the leds right behind the acrylic

next time i went out to work and this is what i see

DSC_0024_zps29a05f12.jpg
pretty foggy

DSC_0026_zps716b3dbf.jpg
got the O.C. cut out and sanded... the rest of the plans you will see

I decided to try something new with the lighting. rather than having a strip around the edge... i decided to place the leds a little further away but right underneath the acrylic.

heres my test:

DSC_0038_zps3631669a.jpg

DSC_0039_zps5f32ae08.jpg

DSC_0043_zpsdaeb2e03.jpg
placed the led strips

DSC_0044_zps4e7a8df9.jpg
wired it up

DSC_0046_zpsab18e293.jpg
the lights are incredibly bright... this is with no lights on in the room

DSC_0048_zpsc265bc69.jpg
orange acrylic on top of the led lights

hope you enjoyed!

UPDATE #15

Well to start off this update... I started to use my macro equipment more and here are a few pics i thought looked half way decent smile.gif... let me know what you guys think

DSC_0352_zpsfcabbd4a.jpg

DSC_0353_zps6c94e122.jpg

DSC_0355_zpsbade7052.jpg

DSC_0368_zpsbe1fa833.jpg

DSC_0370_zps4d743072.jpg

DSC_0371_zpsb943048a.jpg

well moving on...

DSC_0377_zps79d5ad2e.jpg
completed one of the GPU cables

DSC_0378_zpsd6b3467e.jpg

DSC_0380_zps3e97bf13.jpg
one of the best tools ever

some more macro shots smile.gif

DSC_0389_zpsc839bfa6.jpg

DSC_0390_zpse242983f.jpg

DSC_0391_zps36dff7de.jpg

DSC_0395_zpsfac0ab59.jpg

DSC_0400_zpsceb22065.jpg

back again tongue.gif

DSC_0403_zpsb0928218.jpg
heres how my GPU looks right now.

DSC_0405_zpsc7d7297a.jpg
GPU cables completed

DSC_0407_zpsc3f4a2df.jpg

DSC_0409_zpse154164c.jpg
I need to find a way to make those blue connectors black or orange.... most likely black

DSC_0414_zps53e57db3.jpg
started working on the led under panel

DSC_0417_zpse4200ac0.jpg
all leds on the panel and removing the tape

DSC_0420_zps92419af8.jpg

DSC_0421_zps3627a39b.jpg

DSC_0423_zpsf7c96a96.jpg
leds connected

DSC_0424_zps0be453a1.jpg
in the dark smile.gif

DSC_0427_zps38b55b03.jpg
how it is lighting up the panel

DSC_0429_zps1e4d48b6.jpg
very well lit up

DSC_0431_zpsad815271.jpg
so i started with the acrylic bending and i wanted to do something a little different so youll see why the res is taped up.

DSC_0432_zps10a90337.jpg
the pump and fittings have a very similar design smile.gif

DSC_0434_zpsa30ae822.jpg
so my first attempt at bending didnt end very well... frown.gif

DSC_0438_zpsa04bbe42.jpg
but my next attempt was not that bad biggrin.gif

I also wanted to move my Xbox 360 on to my desk so i had to make some space... so i ended up mounting the monitor on the wall

DSC_0436_zpsfe3425d6.jpg
please excuse the horrible wiring frown.gif

DSC_0435_zps25b60429.jpg
here it is pulled out as far as it can

next on to the O.C. panel

DSC_0718_zpsc9b3f639.jpg
i glued the O.C. letters to the panel and it is ready for paint

DSC_0720_zpsd4547d65.jpg
first layer now

DSC_0721_zpsf0734ad9.jpg
i also cut the hole in the wall for the wire to come out and got it cemented in.

finally as you have been seeing i have gotten a few pieces of hardware which are pretty big smile.gif... but i really dont have the space for it...sooooooo.... xD

DSC_0439_zpsa258aa21.jpg
new table!

DSC_0440_zpsbaa9b271.jpg
tools of the trade

DSC_0441_zps85aca3b7.jpg
first side done

DSC_0442_zps4444d1c7.jpg
table frame done...

more pics coming soon!

hope you like the update!
