Yes. Its better for the card to have intake on the side panel. It will also help even more if you have the top fans exhausting heat upwards out of the haf-x case. That will increase the intake airflow of the side panel fan.

You're asking me??

If you look on Coolermasters website they show you the recommended fan layout. Sidepanel as intake. Top fans as exhaust.

I have a 360 radiator at the top of my case so I have the top fans as intake and I just leave my side panel off with a desk fan blowing into my case.
