1- Match it at 1366x768 which is a low resolution, and downsampling to 1080p in games can give erratic results when not applied correctly.
2- Because you didn't hit the VRAM limit yet at 1366x768. 7850 2 GB can handle high-resolution textures better than a 1 GB card which might create stutter due to VRAM hitting the limit more often. The more VRAM doesn't mean increased GPU horsepower, but it just means the card with the higher VRAM is better at handling high resolution textures in case it hits the limit on a 1 GB card, and thus less stutter and smoother experience.Edited by HeadlessKnight - 11/15/13 at 7:28am
