Power supply cords on a for GTX 760

Thread Starter
Hey guys, quick question here:

I ordered a EVGA GTX 760, and it takes an 8 pin, and a 6 pin.
My modular Silverstone PSU has a cable which has an 8 pin pci-e connector and another 6 pin coming out of it. So it has 14 pins total on one modular pci-e cable.

(I hope I explained that well enough)

My question is, will just this cable power the card, or should I run two separate pci-e cables to it?
I don't wanna break anything smile.gif

Thanks!

You can use that single cable fine. You should post your sig rig for all of us to see.

Nubby Out.
