Help needed buying the correct fans

Hello, i am currently doing my first build. Im new to all of this and am trying to learn but am easily confused.....
Im working on the cooling of my custom case (its not the conventional box shape case).
Im looking to vent from the bottom to the top and i am currently buying the parts and trying to choose the correct parts.
This is where you come in.
Ive just ordered two 120mm aerocool shark fans and an aerocool T1000 digital fan controller (mainly cause i liked the display). The two 120mm will be, one at the bottom drawing in cold air and the other out the top blowing out warm air.
I then need 3x 70mm fans (which im trying to find now) to draw the air up from above the cold intake fan and over the motherboard problem is im confused on which fans can be controlled. These three fans need to be wired up so i can have them running off 1 channel. Im struggling to find the best fans to use here.

Im lost when it comes to the 3 pin 4 pin Pwm etc
My fan controller seems to have 3 x 3pin controllers for fan 2,3,4 and 1 x 4 pin connector block with only 3 pins inside yet more wires going into this block than the other fans 2,3,4? Is this normal?

I need 2x 120mm fans controlled by a channel each
3x 70mm fans controlled by 1 channel
2x small 25-50mm fans controlled by 1 channel

Ive tried to give you as much info as i can, sorry if its too vague. But if anyone has any useful advice to consider when buying the rest of these fans and get them wired up i would appreciate any input.
Many thanks

EDIT
I should also add the psu will be at the top upside down, inside the case and the top 120mm fan shall be near the hot air blow out from the psu and im hoping the 140mm psu fan will help suck the air up inside the case and expel through a vent in the outer casing with the 120mm fan in between to help.

This PCB will use a PWM (4-pin) single to control up to eleven 3 pin fans
Quote:
How to use the PWN fan hub?
PWM hub will enable PWM function to 3-pin fans. Fan 1 can only be connected to one fan and cannot be split. Fan 2 - Fan 6 can be split to multiple fans. Total of 11 fans can be connected to the PWM hub. All PWM functions will be controlled by fan 1.

Unfortunately, though it comes with the Phanteks Enthoo case, it reportedly won't be available as a separate purchase till January.

Sorry but i dont get what your suggesting. From what i gather the controller can give 3 pin connections the controlling features? Is that even related to my T1000?
Can someone just tell me what i should be looking for when buying these please, as i jeed to get them ordered. Ive seen some fans that say 1500 +-10% does this mean it can be controlled? Can anyone help with some straight forward clear instructions lol im buying off ebay and am getting alot of the same looking fans that say the third wire is not connected.

Shame i really needed some help with these and had no where else to turn too, oh well ive ordered 3 fans for £9 each lets hope when they get here they do work else i will have to tare my whole custom build apart and start it again from scratch just because of these 3 silly little fans.
Its difficult being a noob to all this but i suppose wasting money on trial and error seems the only way to learn.

I am not sure what you are getting stuck on..... Fans are controlled by 2 methods for the most part ..... voltage and PWM. With voltage, basically, a fan spins faster at 12v than it does at 5..... change the voltage, change the speed. PWM works by pulsing the fan at 12V very very fast. Generally, the two are not interchangeable.

Phanteks has blow this "rule" outta the water by creating a PCB that converts PWM control ti voltage control.....to my knowledge it is unique in the industry. It takes the intermittent pulsed signal from the PWM control circuitry on the MoBo and 'converts: that into the corresponding voltage signal to control 3 pin non PWM fans. So with the fan PCB that they manufacture, you can control non-PWM fans with a PWM signal. Without that PCB....PWM control will only control PWM fans.
