Whole rig, I would only pay about $600 for that before shipping. So yeah $600 max w/o shipping.

I bought a used rig from someone, my current rig, and took it all apart and rebuilt it (for fun of course!)

I spent $500 and also got a keyboard mouse, and monitor. It has and i7 2600k and gtx 480. Because of this, I'd say $450-550 depending on who he sells to (prior to shipping). His best bet would be to put it on craigslist for $700 and look for someone to counter it in his range.
