The Hyper 212 Evo is 159mm high. So you need a cooler with 146mm height or less.

This one is the only 120mm fan cooler that will compete with the Hyper 212 and is still built a lot shorter: http://www.thermalright.com/html/products/cpu_cooler/true_spirit_120m.html?panel=1

It's 145mm high. Where I am from, it is same price as the Hyper 212 Evo.

This one is 150mm and would be stronger, might still fit if you didn't measure those 1.3cm correctly: http://www.thermalright.com/html/products/cpu_cooler/macho120.html?panel=1

Those coolers are not on the page you linked to.

If you can't get that True Spirit 120M cooler anywhere, you have to look at coolers with 92mm fan, or you have to use a top-down cooler instead of tower style cooler. Both types should be weaker than the Hyper212, unless it's an expensive cooler with two 92mm fans and four heat-pipes like what you can get from Noctua.

To do that I need to know how much clearance your case actually has. I found only one reference to the everest 707br, in a language I cannot read. The case, at least by that name, is specific to India.

the hyper 212 evo is 159mm high. Assuming your measurement is correct you need one 145mm or lower. Call it 140mm just to be safe. That cuts out all the good 120mm fan tower coolers. Most of the good low profile coolers are fairly pricey. The thing is you already have the 212. A new case may be cheaper than a new cooler.

The Cooler Master GeminII S524 isn't bad. and is cheaper than some.
GELID Solutions CC-Shero-01-A is also well thought of. though less poewerful than the 212.
the noctura nh-c14 is quite good, but very expensive. Probably cheaper to get a bigger case.

You may have options not available in the US though. these coolers are all more or less of the same style. They generally require more heat pipes to get equivalent power to a similar tower style cooler. Scythe for example used to make some good stuff but is no longer easily available in the US. you may just have to do some shopping.
