I would start from scratch and test everything in there one at a time. Test ram stick by stick, switch out psu (if u have another one), take apart gpu and change thermal paste, every part and try to isolate the offending part(s). Then go from there. It's time consuming but can be worth it if you don't have allot of spare cash.
