Vertex 4 reading near 50% full after Windows 7 install.

Thread Starter
I recently picked up a Vertex 4 (128GB). Upgraded firmware to ver. 1.5. I noticed that the capacity reading was wayyyy off... I don't know the cause. I tried reformatting via the Toolbox to no avail... it's buggy from what I have read. Went with the built-in Windows format option... reinstalled with the same issue. Here is a screen shot.

This is a fresh install of Win 7 64 bit. Any suggestions?

Well for one you're not showing hidden folders. Have you disabled system restore and paging file? Start there and then check it with hidden files showing as well.

How much RAM do you have? For instance, if you have 16GB your page file will take up 16GB and your hiberfil will take up another 16GB.

Got ninja'd...
