Help overclocking my PC

Hi,

I'm actually trying to overclock my computer to get the maxium performance from it for the new games ( and i want to extend his lifetime because i dont have enough money to change my computer right now) but i'm not an expert so i need your help.

Here's the specs: Need overcloking.txt 95k .txt file

Someone can help me to give an aged computer, a new life :S
