Ya what Raleigh said, leave terrain detail and shadows on high, god rays on low, SSAO if using AMD, inject SMAA if necessary, and 60 FPS most of the time is easy enough.

Grab D3DOverrider and set it to affect ACIV, it fixed my minor stuttering issues and allowed me to play at 1080p everything maxed with no issues whatsoever. Going on 30hrs into the game with no problems. 670 SLI i7 3770k @ 4.5ghz. FPS does not budge from 60FPS either.

I will give this a try...you seem to have a similar setup with what I have. The only difference is I don't have a big overclock on my CPU. Before you applied the D3DOverrider, did you suffer from big FPS drops? I would like to know.
