The $60 G3220 will perform better and cost less than any of those choices in LoL.
Note the G860 performing better than any AMD chip in the test (which includes a 965 and 4170). The G3220 is ~15% faster than that! (In this particular test, the GPU starts to become the bottleneck in the upper few results, but one could extrapolate that if better GPUs were chosen FPS would go even higher, -uneccessary-
Note: The game obviously has no affinity for more cores, but does seem to respond to L3 cache performance significantly, which explains the 965 beating the 4170, and the very poor performance of the Athlon II (a good reason not to even consider the 631). Intel L3 cache performance is significantly more refined
A G3220+HD7770 should be wonderful for that game and believe it or not, has the same compute capability as the 631 running all 4 cores but wound up in 2 cores that sneak along at about 30W maximum TDP (real world TDP of these chips is very low).
