Quick Issue with Win 7 / IE - any thoughts?

need help with an issue.

on my sig rig when I open internet explorer, it stalls and won't load - the page will open but be blank at times for 50 seconds before my homepage opens. at time you need to close and re open and keep trying that till it finally displays the homepage. yet sometimes it opens perfectly fine and instantly.

I've defragged, ran malaware antbites, cleared all temp files, ran disc cleanup, ran the check for errors etc under c:/ tools.. I've reinstalled IE 11, tried going back to IE 10, then back to IE 11, still the same stalling/non opening issue. everything is up to date win update wise and there are -no- other issues with the computer, everything else is lightning fast and fluid.

is there anything else I can try before I have to resort to re installing win7 64bit pro? is there a better malaware program I can try, if it even is a non software issue?

I assume you also cleared Cache history, because thats always the big culprit.

Have you attempted to use Chrome, or firefox to see if issue arises with those web browsers?

If yes: then check your network adaptors and update or reinstall them
check if you have bit torrent or something that takes away internet connection.

if no: well then thats strange.

my tower and my 4 laptops do this very same thing but only after a re-boot, so I have always consider it due the memory being
flushed on a re-boot. after the first loading of IE then it's super fast every time I click on the icon.
but I could be wrong and I have a problem also, but I know it's not my internet hardware or connection or malware.
my tower has windows 7 pro 64bit, 1 laptop has pro 64bit 1 laptop has ultimate 64bit and the other 2 have home 64bit.
