Safe GTX 770 Voltage?

I have an MSI GTX 770 Gaming OC. I used to run stock voltage at 1293MHz on the core at 1.200V.

I have recently unlocked the voltage using a tweak on this website up to 1.300V.

I have overclocked my card further from +95 stable to +136 @ 1333Mhz at a 1.238V.

I plan to have this card for at least 2 years. My temps hover around 65-70C max at a high fan speed, with another fan blowing directly near it.
In other games temps hover around 50-58C depending if I use V-sync or not.

Is this voltage setting ok and safe? Is it too much, or Is it safe to go even further?

Yep, that's a safe voltage for that card.

Probably can go more, but the temps are getting up there.

Make sure your VRM's are cooled well if youre at 1.3v. Get a full block if you want to be at this voltage. Not sure if heatsinks/fan combo will work that well on VRM's at this voltage.

1.2v is fine.

Well it is a TwinFrozr IV Cooler, it has heat-sinks on the VRM's anyway...
