Odd Problem within BIOS

Hey guys.

This is maybe the fourth or fifth time this happened, so here it goes. When I exit the BIOS sometimes after changing some settings, instead of just restarting and loading to Windows like it should, my computer will just shut down. The fans spin for a second, then shut down again, and then finally loads and boots into Windows. Am I just being too OCD or should this be happening? I don't know if this goes back to an issue I had maybe 10 months ago where one day I turned on my computer, the screen went haywire and showed a bunch of colors, and my power supply started beeping. I unplugged the power supply when that happened and it went away but I have always had a feeling that something was up with this PSU after that happened. So any help would be appreciated. I am 99% sure though I'm just being stupid. biggrin.gif

Did you ever find out what the problem was? I mean this problem isn't major or anything but I would like to know at least maybe why this happens. Like I said it isn't always doing this. Maybe about five times since I built my comp in 2012.
