They call it apples to apples, but...
GTX 770: Significantly more explosions = 51 FPS
R9 280X: Unknown = 65.7280X 27.3% Faster than 770
(Even firestrike does not have that much performance increase lol)
GTX 760: Less explosions/combat scenes than the 770 = 54 FPS
R9 270X: Unknown = 44.7760 20% Faster than 270X

, and the 270X is supposed to be about 15% slower than the 280X)
So, 280X is "supposedly" 46.9%
faster than 270X. How exactly is the graph above supposed to help someone looking to buy a GPU for BF4 Multiplayer?
It'll only confuse a buyer.
Again, their methodology isn't to find how much faster a card is. Their methodology is to find the maximum playable settings on that card, and that is how you compare them. If they are both achieving the same settings, that means they're approximately equivalent. If you want to actually compare numbers, compare the minimums, which should show you how much better a card is at handling the graphically intense moments.
