The Fractal design arc mini r2.

better airflow, more rad support (including thick ones), removable HDD cage, fits 140mm fans, comes with 3 fluid dynamic rather than sleeve bearing fans, dust filter on top, etc.

Water cooling compatibility:
Front – 240mm radiator (thick and slim) when HDD cages are removed, radiator cannot exceed 275mm in total length with the ODD bay in place.
Top – 240mm or 360mm radiators (thick and slim); the use of 360mm radiators requires removal of the ODD cage.
Bottom – 120mm radiators
Rear – 120 and 140mm radiators

The 350D looks nicer and has Corsair support going for it , other than that... 100% fractal design

The 350D also has a huge window if you are into that.

350 rad support: Room for two 240mm radiators (top, front)

The 350D is more of a Fractal Design Define Mini competitor.
