Is this an OK watercool build?

Looking to buy the following parts to cool my gtx 670 and 3770k in one loop. I already have a XTX 360mm rad and a EK gtx 680 block on the way for the 670.



Are these parts decent enough? No compatiblility issues etc? Im only looking to use distilled water too!
