Which of these 2 would you buy????

Need a new SSD, my intel 520 seems to have crapped out on me, constant blue screens, but none when using my caviar black.

Which one of these would be a better buy??

The Adata is a sandforce controlled SSD, is that better?

Do you still have warranty on the Intel SSD? If you have I'd suggest get it in for repairs as Intel SSDs are one of the best in the market. As for the links I'd go with ADATA if you can't repair/replace the Intel one.

Can't your budget go for a Samsung?

possibly, but i want at least 240 gb, i think the Samsungs are all over $200.

Also, the crucial M500 in that link is really $149 till tomorrow, dont know why it shows different.

I would personally go with the Crucial M500 240GB Internal Solid State Drive CT240M500SSD1.

I've just had great luck with Crucial SSD's and they perform very well. They are some of the most reliable in the market along with the Samsungs. Adata aren't bad from what I hear but I've not had experience with them.

I have been seeing a lot of ADATA drives being recommended on pc partspicker lately, apparently they are very good bang for your buck SSD's!
