That won't hurt at this point...but honestly I would set the RAM to factory default 1333 and see what happens. Wipe your OC and get everything back to the basics. I still say its the RAM before the board or Windows. What speed was it at in Unbuntu? Did you set the timings? Anything that is OCed just clear it. If nothing still works then do a full clean install. Don't bother with images or that garbage, regardless of what some try to say.

What drivers would the OP be encountering that affect RAM? Stuff should just be plug-and-play for stock timings...
