I personally don't have any problems of their blower cards since I dealt with many of them in the past however, its the user neglect that makes them a headache to dust clean out and apparrently lead to cooling issues thats otherwise too late to prevent.

So they're bad? Or they're good?

lol

My 670 FTW blower style is amazing. Even better in SLI - > cooler than the windforce 3x was

This is what I find hilarious. tongue.gif

The board setup is the same as HD7970/R9-280X too. The only big difference is the die is no longer diamond orientation & there's more memory chips.

Is it hard to mount a hyper 212 or similar on the gpu andpassive blocks on the vrms? Sounds like a really cheap alternative for those running single gpu

Good and bad, its a love and hate relationship tongue.gif I love how much heat they exhaust when they're under full load with fans racking at max RPM...

I've clean blower cards many times before, (looks sisters X58 rig and my friends rigs) clogs of dust....sometimes I have to take the whole day to drench the vapor chamber/fins in a stream of water to get dust some dust deposits out and let it dry....Thank goodness Nvidia improved the reference design to have a small window on their Titan style coolers, helps monitor dust levels before things get detrimental....I would appreciate AMD do the same for their reference design in the future.
